I'm so glad you're here. The Secret Place was built to be a quiet, safe space for people who want to know God for real — not the version we were handed, but the One who has been waiting for us all along. On this page, I'll show you everything that lives here and help you choose where to begin.
This Is a Place for Becoming
The Secret Place is a Christian ecosystem of devotion, prayer, study, and healing — built around one belief: that you were Divinely Designed for closeness with God, and everything that has kept you from Him can be laid down here.

Who I Am
I'm Gayla — a Christian writer, a woman who has lived the wandering and the returning, and the founder of DivinelyDesigned60. I built this space because I needed it first. Now I write devotionals, prayers, studies, and guided journeys to help other women find what I found: clarity, healing, and a real relationship with Jesus.
A Few Promises
Before you go any further, here is what you can count on from this space:
• No pressure, no performance. This is not a place where you have to earn your way to God.
• Scripture-rooted. Every devotional, prayer, and course is built on the Word.
• Honest. We talk about real things — fear, doubt, healing, surrender — without flinching.
• Spirit-led, not formula-led. The Holy Spirit leads this ministry. I just hold the pen.
• Yours. Whatever you read here is yours to take, share, pray, and walk in.
